Home Care Lebanon's 15th Anniversary May 11,2012
We entered the realm of caring for people in their homes in 1997, at a time of great opportunities and challenges, when Lebanon was under reconstruction, with the idea still new and the people not ready for it. It was difficult convincing doctors and health insurance companies of our significance, professionalism and seriousness in this field.

Fifteen years later, and after having cared for thousands of people in their homes and across the country, we are proud to be the pioneers & leaders in this field, having created a new industry that a dozen of other firms have joined, proving that there is a fundamental need for our services.

Home Care Lebanon's CEO sits on the Board of Directors of the US World Home Care Organization, is a member of the National Association of Home Care, based in Washington, D.C. and a member of the Lebanese Healthcare Management Association.

With a distinguished list of shareholders, our company serves its patients through its Badaro main office and two other branches, strategically located inside two prestigious & leading university hospitals; Hotel Dieu de France & Hammoud hospital, making us the only agency in Lebanon to be trusted by such quality medical institutions.

Our services have significantly improved the quality of life of our patients, saving them and insurance companies tens of millions of US Dollars, while cutting hospital acquired infections and keeping patients with their families, in their homes.

Our latest achievement has been the creation of a quality control unit, to ensure that our patients receive the best care & treatment possible by constantly monitoring our services and training our staff to the highest standards of care in the home, resulting in very high patient satisfaction rates.

Our success is due to the professional, caring and experienced nurses & therapists, our service driven management, our culture of openness, tolerance, trust and team spirit, as well as our state of the art software that guides us in our long lasting quest towards excellence.

Looking forward to continue helping all the people & families that need us, we prepare to celebrate our next anniversary, ten years from now.
